If you are able to, continue to do the fundamentals of reading, mental maths and spellings daily. If you do complete any of the tasks or have a go at any other activities, competitions or challenges, we would love to see what you have been learning so please share on our Twitter page or email darton.primary@smat.org.uk where it can be passed on to your child's class teacher. Most of all, keep yourself and your family safe and well.

Reading

Try and read everyday. Curl up on the sofa,  sit in the garden, lie in bed or make your own reading den to snuggle up with a book. Talk about what you are reading with your families and when you have finished, why not recommend a book to others on our Twitter page? @dartonprimary @DPS_literacy
